Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings and Payment

  • All workshops must be booked in advance via our website or booking form.

  • Full payment is required to secure a spot in the workshop.

  • We accept payment via direct bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

  • Workshop places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop start date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop will not be refunded unless the spot can be filled.

  • In the event that Kids Comics Workshop needs to cancel or reschedule a session, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

3. Participant Requirements

  • Workshops are designed for children aged 6–14 years. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children are collected on time.

  • All children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian.

4. Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to treat others with kindness and respect.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in a child being removed from the session (no refund provided).

  • Kids Comics Workshop aims to provide an inclusive, creative, and safe space for all.

5. Liability

  • While all care is taken during activities, Kids Comics Workshop is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

  • Parents/guardians must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements at the time of booking.

6. Photography and Artwork Use

  • We may take photographs during workshops for promotional purposes (website, social media, flyers).

  • If you do not consent to your child being photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the workshop.

  • All artwork created remains the property of the child, but may be photographed for display or promotional use unless otherwise stated.

7. Privacy

  • Any personal information collected during the registration process is used solely for workshop communication and administration and will not be shared with third parties.
