1. Bookings and Payment

All workshops must be booked in advance via our website or booking form.

Full payment is required to secure a spot in the workshop.

We accept payment via direct bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

Workshop places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop start date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop will not be refunded unless the spot can be filled.

In the event that Kids Comics Workshop needs to cancel or reschedule a session, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
3. Participant Requirements

Workshops are designed for children aged 6–14 years. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children are collected on time.

All children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian.
4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to treat others with kindness and respect.

Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in a child being removed from the session (no refund provided).

Kids Comics Workshop aims to provide an inclusive, creative, and safe space for all.
5. Liability

While all care is taken during activities, Kids Comics Workshop is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Parents/guardians must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements at the time of booking.
6. Photography and Artwork Use

We may take photographs during workshops for promotional purposes (website, social media, flyers).

If you do not consent to your child being photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the workshop.

All artwork created remains the property of the child, but may be photographed for display or promotional use unless otherwise stated.
7. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the registration process is used solely for workshop communication and administration and will not be shared with third parties.
